On regular business days, all orders will be processed and if in stock will be shipped the same business day if the order is placed before 12:00 PM CST.

International Orders

All international orders are shipped via UPS unless USPS is requested by the customer (USPS has package weight and size restrictions, call for details). Each order's postage rate will vary depending on your location relative to ours. Please call or e-mail to confirm the actual shipping charges. All payments must be made in US Dollars.

JetBoatPilot does not calculate the cost of import duties, taxes, or fees (hereafter "import fees"). Therefore JetBoatPilot does not take responsibility for any import fees that may be incurred at the time of delivery. This responsibility will fall to the customer. 
Import fees can vary based on the customs regulations of the destination country.
Some factors that may contribute to total costs are:
 - product type and price
 - shipping fees and overall weight of the package
 - customs clearance channel
 - import taxes based on custom duty amounts
Shipping paid on orders will not contribute to the ultimate cost of import fees. 
If a package's delivery is refused due to the cost of import fees or if delivery attempts are not successful the customer will receive a refund for their order once the package arrives back to the JetBoatPilot warehouse - initial shipping costs will not be refunded. Any re-entry fee associated with the package's refusal will be deducted from the total refund.

Discount Policy

JetBoatPilot periodically offers discounts on select merchandise. Please check with us to inquire about current promotions and sales events. Dealers will receive a separate Dealer MAP Guide with current dealer pricing. To inquire about becoming an Authorized JetBoatPilot Dealer, call 850-867-1410.

All customers within the state of Florida must pay sales tax based on the county in which they take delivery of purchased merchandise. Dealers need not pay sales tax. Florida dealers must provide a Florida Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax.

When a customer buys an item that goes on sale within 30 days of their purchase we will offer a store credit for the difference between what the customer paid and the current sale price of the same item if the customer contacts us requesting the discount and the item has already been shipped. If the item has not been shipped we will extend a refund of the difference between what the customer paid for the item and the current sale price of the same item if the customer contacts us requesting the discount.

This discount policy does not apply to Forum Group Buys. Customers who have not registered with us during periodic group buys, such as those offered on forums etc., may not receive discounts on items that have been discounted based on the size of the group participation. Once a Group Buy has closed, which is based on a set close date, that item's group buy pricing will not be extended to unregistered individuals.

Custom Orders/Parts

JetBoatPilot can custom make many different types of parts and accessories for a variety of uses within and outside of the boating industry. For more information about custom jobs, feel free to call or e-mail us and we will discuss your unique job and whether we may be able to assist you.


Marine Mat

Marine Mat comes with a 3 year limited warranty that takes effect on the date of delivery; the limited warranty covers delamination and factory defects. In most situations, replacement mats will be provided at no cost to the user but shipping costs may be charged. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse/abuse, damage caused by animals (for example: pet dog's sharp nails scratches Marine Mat), damage during installation or deformation due to sunlight amplification (example: sunlight is amplified by reflection off of highly reflective surface onto Marine Mat causing discoloration). Light Amplification deformation is not covered under warranty - call our office for further details. 
In some cases, mats may not need to be replaced and may only need a section/panel of PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) to adhere the mat back to the gel coat. PSA will only have a shipping cost that will be charged to the customer.
Thrust Vectors / Lateral Thrusters
Thrust Vector and Lateral Thruster products have a limited lifetime warranty; this warranty lasts for the lifetime of the product variant's life cycle plus 1 year (if parts are still available). Once a product variant is discontinued, for example, Thrust Vector XL version of the Thrust Vector product, the limited lifetime warranty will expire after 1 year from that discontinued date. The limited lifetime warranty covers parts that are defective, deformed or that otherwise fail during normal use of the product (ie: while in the water). This warranty does not apply to damage caused by customer misuse/abuse, traffic accidents while trailering, or incorrect installation.
Additional Warranty Info
To file a warranty claim customers must email pictures and descriptions of defective parts along with your proof of purchase to The claim will then be assigned to a customer service representative to handle. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
All other products manufactured by JetBoatPilot LLC are warrantied for a period of 1 year from the purchase date. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by customer misuse or abuse. 
Products purchased through JetBoatPilot LLC but manufactured by other companies will be covered by that manufacturer's warranty policy.
JetBoatPilot's liability shall not exceed the retail value of the product to be warrantied. 
JetBoatPilot's warranty policy is subject to change without prior notice.



To return an item an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) must be obtained. Once the RMA is issued the packaged item/Items must be dropped off with the carrier listed on the return shipping label within 14 days of issue. All items must be returned in their original packaging, without damage and the package must be taped/packaged well so the returned items will arrive back to us in good condition. If a returned item is damaged a restocking fee of 15-30% may be applied (restocking fees will be determined and assessed upon arrival of the returned item(s)). 
If returned within 30 days of the order's delivery date a refund will be issued by method of original payment. If after 30 days but not more than 60 days, a store credit will be issued for use on future purchases


Customers must contact JetBoatPilot within 14 days of the order's arrival to request an Exchange RMA. Items must then be shipped within 7 days of being issued an Exchange RMA.
A prepaid return label will be provided via email for exchanges. Customers are responsible for shipping of the new items. 
Custom Jobs do not qualify for returns/exchanges. This includes but is not limited to: Stoltz Rollers (if installed), Impact Graphics, Registration Numbers, Tri-Color and Custom Color Marine Mat orders, and Marine Mat orders with custom engravings. 
All Clearance Items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return/exchange. 
Refunds and Store Credits will be issued within 3-5 business days of the item's arrival.
