Necessary upgrade

A little on the pricey side but it’s a great design and necessary. The top step should be made out of a firmer material but it works.

Good Quality

Nice product. Pay close attention to the tools required for installation. Impossible to install without the exact tools.

Great idea, but quality control needs work.

The trailer step kit looks like a great idea, however there were issues with the upper step. First, there were deep gouges on both the left and right side of the upper step. It was well packaged so this is not shipping damage. Someone missed this.

Secondly, whomever put the upper step together, overtightened one of the locknuts. This prevented me from loosening the nut prior to installation. Instructional video states nuts must be loosened to allow installation. The remaining parts were spot on.

Just get one now

This is great. I’ve about slipped 10 times over last couple of years. This is way cheaper than a broken leg or a ruined day.
