HOW DOES THE MAIL IN SERVICE WORK?
- If you are experiencing one or more of the above issues and want to get your connext screen rebuilt, place your order on this page for the mail in service here on this page. Be sure to confirm your version before ordering- see photos.
- For USA customers, you will receive a pre-paid UPS mailing label sent to your email.
- Print the label, place your display in a box, attach the label to the box, and drop the box at any UPS store or UPS location.
- For international customers, follow the instructions in your email confirmation to send it in to US.
- We will rebuild the display within 5 business days, test it, and send it back to you.
HOW DOES THE DIY OPTION WORK?
- Place your order here for the DIY repair kit. This results in no down time and no hassle to send your unit in for repair.
- Make sure you have checked your current unit for the correct version.
- Follow the video instruction below to install it. Be careful to prevent damage. Apply a thin bead of RTV silicone to install it as shown in this video.
NOTE: Currently Only 4.3" Screens Are Available For DIY Repair Option, 7" Screens must be mailed in.

What is the warranty

What part numbers are compatible?
All Yamaha 4.3 inch or 7 inch Connext Screen equipped boats. 12 inch versions coming soon.
Will my screen look the same as the original?
Yes! Our screens are 100% identical to the factory, but with a stronger internal design to last longer. The color, brightness, and shape are all just like the original design.
Is any programming needed? What about my settings or hour counter?
No programming required- we are only replacing the LCD display section, just like replacing the monitor for your home PC. All of your settings are preserved in the memory that goes unchanged, or comes from your boat computer.
