The install was super easy, less than 2 hours. It made a big improvement in the handling at slow speed!! I am very happy even though I did not get my swagg sticker!! lol
The quality of the parts, fit and finish is top notch. The thrust vectors bolted up nicely, fit perfect, look nice when installed and definitely helped keep the boat straighter in no wake zones. However, my boat is a 2022 with DRIVE and I feel the maneuverability around docks was only slightly improved at best. Nothing against these thrust vectors, I just feel the DRIVE system is already so good that the very slight improvement isn't worth the money in my opinion. Without DRIVE, my opinion would be different.
My only complaint with the lateral thrusters is I lost some reverse thrust which I didn't like.
Always owned big twin stern or outboards. Retired on a lake and downsized to a Yamaha 242LS which had a set installed but one vain was broken. Called to replace but nolonger available due to age. Offered me a discount if l just returned originals which was added to a promo that was running. That's how to take care of a customer. TheThrust Directors worked as good as advertised. Had a local Capt take me for a ride of the lake who was not a fan of Jet Boats and he couldn't believe how well the boat behaved. Commented this was the best Jet Boat he have ever driven. Thank you for the great customer service and the great product. Any dings are definitely now on me...
