Works at about three or four Miles an hour under power not when you're coasting in neutral and does not work above 6 or 7 miles an hour, at least not for my 2022 Yamaha 195S. was expecting a little better performance but it does OK. Not really worth $250 though.
I have a Yamaha 222s. I launch my boat out of winding canal. Constant steering and turning early, always telling my riders to get the stick ready to poke me off other boats. Then this weekend I finally installed these Thrust Vectors. Wow! What a difference. Its easy to steer. I was able to Anchor out at Nest Key with ease. Then coming back into my ramp was smooth as it turned on a dime. I cant believe this is not standard to the boat. Thanks !

I’ve had these both in my old boat Ar190( single engine ) and on my new boat 222SE ( twin engines ) and boy oh boy what an amazing difference.
Piloting the boats in stock form, it wonders all over the place and the steering response was just a vague suggestion…
With the Trust Vectors the boat tracks perfectly straight and the steering response is almost car like, it’s that good.
All of the above is at no wake zone speed of course, at high speed it’s out of the way and have zero effect.
If you’re on the fence than go ahead and get it, you won’t be disappointed.
And no, I don’t work for Jet Boat Pilot, I’m just a happy repeat customer.
Extra bonus point for them was the phone call I received the day after I placed the order, to let me know they got my order and it’s being processed, now that’s customer service !
By the way, installation is very easy once you watch the install video and don’t worry, it’s impossible to screw up.

The install was super easy, less than 2 hours. It made a big improvement in the handling at slow speed!! I am very happy even though I did not get my swagg sticker!! lol
